The fee includes the Congress book, badges, 4 lunches, Opening and Closing Ceremony, congress bag, all the coffee-breaks, the Welcome reception and the Farewell Party, an excursion to Dracula Castle, sightseeing of Brasov, the transfer from and to Bucharest-Otopeni airport, and local transportation by buses between the hotel (Hotel Vista) and congress site, twice a day, mornings and evenings.
